How To Install Skype On CentOs

 

 Please follow following steps to install Skype on Centos.

Skype installation guide

1. Open Terminal → Run this command "wget https://go.skype.com/skypeforlinux-64.rpm". This will download Skype .rpm file from skype website.
   
2. login to root user
   
   
   
3. Run this command "yum install skypeforlinux-64.rpm -y" to install Skype .rpm package and it's dependencies. 
   
   
   
   
4. Skype installed on your system.
5. Go to Application → Internet → Skype or type skypeforlinux command in terminal.
   
6. Login to skype using your email ID.
7. That's it. Done!! Enjoy Voice calling & Video calling.
